A&O Shearman represents banks on Argentina’s Province of Santa Fe USD800m bond offering
A&O Shearman advised the initial purchasers in the Province of Santa Fe’s offering of USD800m 8.100% Notes due 2034, marking the province’s first return to international capital markets since March 2017.

The Province of Santa Fe intends to use the proceeds from the sale of the notes to finance public works projects.

The transaction extends A&O Shearman’s track record on Argentine capital markets matters, including advising longtime client, Argentina’s Province of Cordoba, in its USD725m notes offering and concurrent tender offer, the initial purchasers in Tecpetrol’s USD750m notes offering, and Arcor’s USD350m notes offering.
