A&O Shearman counsels InRetail Shopping Malls on its dual-currency bond offerings and tender offer
A&O Shearman represented InRetail Shopping Malls on a capital markets transaction comprising its offering of USD375 million 5.650% senior notes due 2032 and PEN428m (approximately USD126m) 7.125% senior notes due 2032, alongside an abbreviated tender offer for its outstanding 5.750% senior notes due 2028.

InRetail Shopping Malls is the leading shopping mall platform in Peru, and is recognized as the largest owner, developer, and operator of shopping malls in the country based on gross leasable area, number of shopping malls, tenants’ sales, and number of visitors.

“This multi-tranche financing advances InRetail Shopping Malls’ long-term capital structure and liability management strategy, and diversifies its investor base across USD and PEN markets,” said A&O Shearman capital markets lead partner Alejandro Gordano. “Our firm is pleased to continue guiding Peruvian entities on their most significant and complex financing transactions.”
