A&O Shearman advises on Exor’s EUR600 million bond

Exor N.V. announced the placement of a EUR600m bond with a 10-year maturity, targeted at institutional investors. A&O Shearman advised the pool of Joint Bookrunners — BNP Paribas, Citi, Commerzbank, ING, IMI - Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley and Société Générale.

The bond pays a fixed annual coupon of 3.750% and has been admitted to listing on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

A&O Shearman acted with a team led by partner Cristiano Tommasi, assisted by counsel Sarah Capella, associate Paolo Martellone and trainee Lisa Avitabile.

A team from A&O Amsterdam, composed of partner Jonathan Heeringa and Victoria Schepers, assisted on Dutch law matters.
