A&O Shearman represented the underwriters in connection with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s (CIBC) public offering of USD1bn aggregate principal amount of 4.723% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2029 and USD1bn aggregate principal amount of 5.051% Fixed-to-Floating Senior Notes due 2032.
