A&O Shearman represented the underwriters in connection with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s (CIBC) public offering of USD300 million aggregate principal amount of Floating Senior Notes due 2030 and USD1bn aggregate principal amount of 5.627% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2030.
