A&O Shearman advises IBM on USD3.25 billion and EUR3.5bn bond offerings

A&O Shearman represented International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) in connection with its registered offering of USD500 million of 4.000% Notes due 2029, USD500m of 4.300% Notes due 2031, USD500m of 4.600% Notes due 2033, USD1bn of 4.950% Notes due 2036 and USD750m of 5.800% Notes due 2056, as well as its registered offering of EUR1bn of 3.000% Notes due 2031, EUR1bn of 3.450% Notes due 2034, EUR750m of 3.850% Notes due 2038 and EUR750m of Floating Rate Notes due 2028.
