A&O Shearman advised on Petrobras’ USD2 billion notes offering

A&O Shearman advised the underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering of USD1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.125% global notes due 2030 and USD1bn aggregate principal amount of 6.250% global notes due 2036, issued by Petrobras’ Dutch finance subsidiary, Petrobras Global Finance B.V. (PGF) and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Petrobras. Petrobras is one of the world’s largest integrated oil and gas companies.
