A&O Shearman advised on Kestra Medical Technologies upsized USD158.7 million follow-on equity offering
A&O Shearman advised the underwriters in the upsized follow-on offering by Kestra Medical Technologies of 6.9 million common shares at a public offering price of USD23 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately USD158.7m, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. The 6.9 million common shares included 900,000 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares.

Kestra Medical Technologies, Ltd. is a commercial-stage wearable medical device and digital healthcare company focused on transforming patient outcomes in cardiovascular disease using monitoring and therapeutic intervention technologies that are intuitive, intelligent, and connected.
