Aliph Capital is the first female-founded private equity firm in the Middle East. It invests in midmarket and emerging high-growth enterprises in the GCC, focusing on enabling traditional businesses to bridge the technology gap through digital transformation and an active ownership model.

Huda has 20 years of experience in private equity, operations and investments across emerging markets. She is a board member at ADC Acquisition Corporation (the first ADX listed SPAC), Magrabi, Saudi Fransi Capital and Hala (ADGM and CMA regulated fintech company). Huda previously served on multiple boards and committees across the region including Tim Hortons, Panda Retail Company, Herfy (Tadawul), AlKabeer, Savola Foods Company, SMG, The Entertainer, and Kudu.

In this insightful discussion Huda shares some of the challenges and opportunities of being a female professional in a male-dominated industry, and reflects on her career path and ways different generations can effectively work together.
