Graeme MacDonald

Graeme advises originators, lenders, arrangers and managers on a range of public and private structured finance and securitisation transactions, with a focus on residential mortgage-backed financings in the UK and Europe.

He has worked on a wide range of transactions and his experience includes covered bonds, RMBS (stand-alone, master trust and master issuer), warehouse transactions and portfolio sale transactions.

He has spent time on secondment in our Singapore office.
