His experience includes advising across industry sectors, with a focus on technology and communications, defence, growth capital and private capital transactions. In particular Dan’s practice covers acting on complex multi-jurisdictional technology and communications M&A transactions, and advising international and domestic funds, corporates and investment managers on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and fund raisings. Dan also advises on Australia's foreign investment regime, including obtaining FIRB approval for sensitive and high profile transactions.
