A&O Shearman advised Bpifrance Investissement on the first investment of its BlueSpring fund in Ieva Group
A&O Shearman advised Bpifrance Investissement on the first investment of its BlueSpring fund, dedicated to French listed small-cap companies, in connection with the initial public offering of Ieva Group on Euronext Growth Paris.

With EUR200 million in assets, the BlueSpring fund is designed to address the specific needs of listed small‑cap companies at key stages of growth and structuring by providing long‑term capital as well as active governance support aimed at fostering innovation, competitiveness, and industrial development.

In this context, Bpifrance Investissement, through the BlueSpring fund, committed EUR3m as part of Ieva Group’s capital increase. The offering involves the issuance of 625,488 new shares at a price of EUR12.79 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately EUR8m. The funds raised are intended to support the continued rollout of Ieva Group’s development strategy, focused on the international expansion of its integrated beauty tech platform.

Founded in 2020 by Jean‑Michel Karam, Ieva Group operates in the personalized beauty and wellness space and brings together several brands, including My Little Paris, Atelier du Sourcil, and IOMA Paris. Its initial public offering is intended to support the development of an integrated beauty tech platform and the group’s international expansion, particularly in the United States.

The A&O Shearman team comprised partner Olivier Thébault and senior associate Jade Billère-Mellet.
