Zac advises clients on antitrust and competition issues related to complex transactions and business conduct.

He represents clients in all aspects of the merger review process, including obtaining merger clearances before the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, and foreign competition authorities.

Prior to joining the firm, Zac served as an attorney at the FTC where he held roles in both the Bureau of Competition and Office of Policy Planning. He was previously an associate in the antitrust group of another international law firm.
