Yasmine has a strong track record of advising clients on cross-border transactions.
She has extensive experience in finance and corporate transactions across multiple sectors. She works with a range of clients, including banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, conglomerates and multinational corporations.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Yasmine gained experience in different leading international law firms in Casablanca and Paris.

  • Veolia as part of the takeover of Lydec. 
  • Holmarcom on its acquisition of the entire 78.7% stake held by French bank Crédit Agricole SA in Crédit du Maroc for over EUR 350m.
  • Holmarcom on the MAD450m (approx USD50m) investment by IFC in Holmarcom Insurance Activities. 
  • Sanlam Group on the joint-venture with Allianz, combining their insurance assets in Africa (including Morocco and excluding South Africa) for USD2bn.  
  • Tana and Saham on the sale to Globeducate of a majority stake in their education business in Morocco.
