He primarily advises on fund finance, back leverage and structured credit transactions, with a particular focus on bespoke, multidisciplinary financing solutions.
Will also has experience across a wide array of domestic and cross-border funding and liquidity transactions, including project finance, syndicated lending, pre-IPO and event-driven financings, and Australian aspects of Reg S / 144A issuances and other global capital raisings.
