William Khun


Will is an associate in the Banking & Finance department in our Sydney office.
Will advises both investment and commercial banks, private capital fund managers and major corporates across Australia and Asia-Pacific on a range of nuanced and sophisticated financing transactions. His diverse experience includes fund finance and asset-backed products, margin lending, loan-on-loan and holdco financing, trade finance, pre-IPO financing, and general syndicated and corporate lending. He has experience in both event-driven finance and evergreen multisource debt platforms and often works closely with global banking, capital markets and funds colleagues.
