Will’s practice focuses on complex commercial, antitrust, and criminal disputes, litigation, and investigations.
 

He works with clients in U.S. litigation, arbitration, and investigations across multiple sectors, including aviation, energy, sports and entertainment, financial services, and technology.

He has experience representing clients in a wide variety of matters including class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, breach of contract disputes, and investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).  During law school, Will served on the Executive Board of the Georgetown Law Moot Court team.

  • Large multinational technology company in arbitration of post-closing dispute concerning earnout and ordinary-course covenants.
  • Client in arbitration of partnership dispute before a professional sport league commissioner.
  • Financial technology company in a lawsuit alleging that its terms and conditions violate federal and state antitrust and consumer protection laws.
  • European clothing retailer in bondholder litigation arising out of an uptier financing transaction.
  • Financial advisory firm in responding to several third-party subpoenas in SPAC-related actions.

  • Immigration clients in petitions for writ of habeas corpus in federal court.
  • Prisoners in class action conditions of confinement case against county correctional facilities in New York.
  • Defendant in Second Circuit criminal appeal through Criminal Justice Act appointment.
