Viktor is a corporate lawyer with a particular focus on employment and data protection. He regularly advises on labour law matters, including complex reorganisations and collective redundancies, terminations, employment litigation, transfers of employees and day-to-day operation matters, as well as on various data privacy, intellectual property and D&I matters. He also has extensive experience with both local and cross-border corporate transactions and restructurings.

A financial services group and its wholly owned Czech subsidiary in Prague on various employment law implications related to business restructuring and other operational changes.

W.A.G. Payment solutions (Eurowag, a leading provider of commercial transport solutions) in relation to its pre-IPO corporate reorganisation. Our assistance included advice in relation to corporate governance changes, change of stock forms, review and adjustments of compliance policies, settlement of the option rights and employees option plans, security releases and share for share exchange between existing shareholders and ListCo vehicle.

DoorDash on the Czech corporate aspects of its EUR 7 billion acquisition of food delivery company Wolt Enterprises Oy, the Finnish software-e-commerce company engaged with operating a food delivery platform from a group of institutional investors.

A Czech subsidiary of a global industrial company in relation to two disputes for invalid termination of employment relationship of two of its employees and damages claims.

A global financial services group in relation to vendor data protection management support, including due diligence and various data protection assessments.

Supporting members of the Pride Business Forum Foundation with review of their internal policies to secure equal benefits for its LGBT+ employees.

Offering regular counsel and seminars on D&I matters with focus on equality of minorities at workplace.
