Vicky’s practice focuses on project finance, project development and mergers & acquisitions in connection with infrastructure and energy projects in the United States, Latin America, and around the globe.

Vicky represents lenders, sponsors, financial institutions and other project participants in connection with domestic and international project finance transactions, including mining, wind, solar, and hydroelectric energy projects.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Vicky was a judicial intern at the Administrative Hearings Division of the D.C. Department of Employment Services, summer associate for the firm at the New York office, and most recently as court counsel for the Supreme Court of Palau in both the Appellate and Trial Division.

Mining & Metals
  • El Espino SpA in connection with a $375 million secured and syndicated loan of international banks to complete the construction of the El Espino mine and processing facilities in the Coquimbo region of Chile. The El Espino mine is the first greenfield copper project to be constructed in Chile in 10 years and is expected to begin operating in 2027 and produce 26,000 tons of copper and 13,000 ounces of gold annually.
Infrastructure
  • DC BLOX in connection with a $1.15 billion green loan to finance the development of a 120MW hyperscale data center campus in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. The new facility is designed to meet the rapidly increasing demand for cloud and AI workloads, with expansion capacity for an additional 80 MW anticipated as early as 2027.
