Valentina’s practice focuses on real estate law.
She advises Italian and international clients, including companies, institutional investors, asset management companies, investment banks and funds, on domestic and cross-border real estate transactions (e.g. acquisitions, disposals, developments). Valentina’s experience includes drafting real estate contracts and related corporate and real estate agreements, as well as assisting with the associated negotiations. She has a strong track record in complex due diligence activities, including cross-border transactions on both share and asset deals (both sell-side and buy-side).

Additionally, she provides support on real estate finance and real estate-related corporate matters, including the incorporation of companies and special purpose vehicles and the management of key corporate formalities connected with transactions.

Representative matters

  • Kryalos SGR on the launch of the closed-end Italian real estate alternative investment fund (AIF) named "Mathelt" and in the execution of its first investment. The alternative investment fund is dedicated to the creation of a platform for investments in student housing properties.
  • Castello SGR in the acquisition of various real estate assets in several locations in Italy, mainly to be converted into logistics buildings.
