  • The coordinating committee of lenders on the restructuring of a $1.3bn oil prepayment in Chad.
  • The lenders on the limited recourse financing of a metals prepayment by Duferco to JSW. This transaction was recognized by TXF’s Perfect 10 awards.
  • The lenders on the €15bn financing for the acquisition by LVMH of Tiffany & Co.
  • The lenders on the financing of Française des Jeux’s public bid over Kindred Group.

Pro bono

  •  Assisting Redress with respect to the research for and drafting of its award-winning report Unequal Justice: Accountability for Torture Against LGBTIQ+ Persons in Africa.
