Tristan advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of trade and commodities finance and corporate finance transactions, including sustainability-linked loans.
His experience also includes export finance, debt restructuring, asset finance, real estate finance, project finance and leveraged finance.


Representative matters

The coordinating committee of lenders on the restructuring of a $1.3bn oil prepayment in Chad.

The lenders on the limited recourse financing of a metals prepayment by Duferco to JSW. This transaction was recognised by TXF’s Perfect 10 awards.

The lenders on the €15bn financing for the acquisition by LVMH of Tiffany & Co.

The lenders on the financing of Française des Jeux’s public bid over Kindred Group.
