Tom’s practice focuses on representing managers of and investors in private investment funds, including venture capital, private equity and real estate funds. He also has broad experience representing emerging growth companies and their institutional investors throughout the capital raising process. Tom earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as a member of the Virginia Law & Business Review.
