Tom has particular experience in cross-border regulatory investigations, commercial litigation and merger clearance matters.
Tom has acted for large corporations from various industries including tech, banking and finance and consumer products. In 2018, Tom completed a five month secondment at Google, in relation to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s Digital Platforms Inquiry.
