She advises on a range of corporate transactions including public takeovers, private acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate and governance matters. 

Toluwa spent time on secondment to A&O Shearman's Paris office and is involved in a number of the firm’s inclusion initiatives and pro bono activities.

  • PAG, the leading Asia-Pacific-focused alternative investment firm, on its successful auction bid and acquisition of NashTech, a leading IT services outsourcing company.
  • A global financial services corporation on its strategic acquisition of Minna Technologies, a B2B provider of subscription management services to issuing banks and merchants with subscription businesses.
  • A multinational financial institution on its acquisition of Sainsbury’s Bank, comprising its personal loan, credit card and savings accounts.
  • Shurgard Self Storage on its GBP378m recommended cash takeover offer for Lok’nStore.
  • Exponent Private Equity on the acquisition of International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.’s Flavor and Specialty Ingredients business, a leading supplier of synthetic and natural base aroma chemicals used in the flavour market for USD220m.
  • Hanesbrands on the disposal of its Hanes European Innerwear Business to Regent.
