He works on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions with a particular focus on securitisation. Thomas’ experience includes acting for a wide range of clients including ADIs, non-bank financial institutions, financiers, issuers and arrangers in connection with securitised products (across a variety of financing structures and assets classes), covered bonds and medium term notes in the Australian, European and US markets.
