He works on a broad range of capital markets transactions with a particular focus on debt capital markets. Thomas’ experience includes medium term notes, covered bonds, residential mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities in the Australian, Euro and US markets. Thomas also has experience in equity capital markets transactions, advising issuers and lead managers on IPOs, secondary offerings and general securities law matters.
