  • Beach Energy on its AUD308.3m contested, proposed acquisition of Warrego Energy.*
  • Western Areas on its AUD1.26bn acquisition by IGO by way of a scheme of arrangement.*
  • B2Gold Corp on its AUD87m acquisition of Oklo Resources by way of a scheme of arrangement and its associated internal reorganisation.*
  • Northern Star on its AUD16bn merger of equals with Saracen Minerals Holdings by way of a scheme of arrangement.*
