Thomas advises public and private companies on a wide variety of compensation and employee benefits matters, including with respect to executive employment agreements, retention and severance plans, treatment of equity and other labor matters in the mergers and acquisitions context.

He regularly counsels both U.S. and non-U.S. companies on securities and corporate governance matters, particularly with respect to equity incentive programs, employment arrangements and public company disclosure requirements.

Thomas was previously seconded to BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan, where he advised on a broad array of equity, equity-linked and debt capital markets transactions as well as securities law compliance matters.
