Tereza is a dual-qualified lawyer in the Czech Republic and England, with a focus on project finance and energy transactions. 
She advises lenders, international financial institutions and sponsors on the financing, development and acquisition of energy and infrastructure projects, primarily in the CEE and SEE regions. She has experience in various renewable energy sources, such as wind, solar, and hydro, as well as conventional power generation and transmission. She is also a legal tech enthusiast and an active member of local A&O Shearman team implementing innovative legal technology projects. Tereza is currently on secondment in the London office, where she works on complex and innovative project finance deals in the UK and other jurisdictions.

Representative matters

A subsidiary of a global financial institution on the ECA-backed financing for the development, construction, and operation of 280 MW Alpaslan II dam and hydro power plant in Turkey by Czech-based hydroelectricity group ENERGO-PRO.

EBRD, IFC, Intesa and PBZ on the financing of 140-megawatt Karavasta solar project and a 19-kilometer overhead transmission line located in Albania.

A group of financial institutions on the EUR 2.4bn acquisition of a 49.9% stake in one of Germany's largest offshore wind farms from EnBW.

ADB, EBRD and IFC, on multiple financings for Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC (the electricity distributor in Armenia) for the construction and modernisation of the Armenian electricity network.

A group of financial institutions in connection with the project financing of the development of a wind farm project in Krnovo, Montenegro.
