Talia is a core member of A&O Shearman’s AI group, a global team of lawyers advising G-SIFIs, life sciences, private capital firms, media companies, and other large corporations on legal and regulatory issues relating to generative AI. Talia provides AI advisory expertise to clients based on A&O Shearman’s first-hand experience in managing legal risks in building and deploying generative AI internally. As part of her work with the Markets Innovation Group, she creates and develops tech-focused client solutions using AI-enabled platforms.

Talia has experience representing companies, financial institutions, board members, and executives in complex civil and criminal investigations and litigation.
