Suzanne Horne has over two decades’ experience advising on a broad range of complex employment matters across multiple sectors.
Her practice encompasses all aspects of employment law, including High Court litigation on business protection matters, employment advisory work and transactional support.

Suzanne advises both UK and international clients and is known for providing practical, commercially focused advice on both contentious and non contentious matters. Her experience includes business transfers, outsourcings, insolvencies, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment transactions, and the application of TUPE.

She also has extensive experience advising on cross border, pan European and multinational projects, including business reorganisations, integrations, redundancies, and workforce hiring and exits. Suzanne has a particular interest in employee related data protection and privacy matters, as well as high level employment litigation.

Ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500, Suzanne was named Employment Lawyer of the Year at the 2024 International Employment Lawyer Awards.
