Credit Suisse and the other lead arrangers on the £260 million senior facilities for the acquisition by Carlyle of the Enermech Group.

Bank of Ireland, BBVA, BNP Paribas and Mizuho on the €300m senior facilities for the acquisition by Ontario Teachers' of the Memora Group and subsequent bolt-on.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, HSBC and Credit Agricole CIB as mandated lead arrangers on their €4.4 billion acquisition financing for Euronext’s bid for the Italian Stock Exchange.
