He is the global head of our board management and governance solutions team. 

He joined ADL in 2014 after over ten years with the firm in London. He has vast experience of corporate transactions, often with a multi-jurisdictional aspect. He has also worked closely with the banking and international capital markets teams across the firm’s international network.

He frequently works alongside other elements of the firm’s Advanced Delivery & Solutions offering, such as Consulting by A&O Shearman, Fuse, LegalTech, Peerpoint and the Markets Innovation Group, to bring the optimal balance of resourcing and technology to matters.
