Stéphanie advises clients on the structuring, establishment, and ongoing management of investment funds, as well as on regulatory matters (including AML and ESG/SFDR queries) relating to both regulated and unregulated Luxembourg investment vehicles in domestic and cross-border contexts.

She has experience across a variety of asset classes, including real estate, private debt, private equity, fund of funds, infrastructure, and impact investing. Stéphanie is a member of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and contributes to the ALFI Next Gen Committee 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Stéphanie gained extensive experience in Luxembourg, working notably for four years at a leading international law firm and in the banking and regulatory departments of two Big 4.
