Stéphanie Nachsem assists both domestic and international clients in a wide range of litigation matters, with particular focus on commercial law and business restructuring.

She assists financially distressed companies, as well as creditors and other stakeholders in restructuring negotiations and judicial reorganization proceedings.

She has expertise in advising clients in commercial and corporate litigation matters through court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution procedures such as arbitration and mediation.

  • Represented a world-leading industrial company in the context of a dispute regarding the negotiations surrounding the acquisition of a business in Belgium (previous firm experience).
  • Assisted a Spanish engineering firm in the context of arbitration proceedings in relation to an EPC contract dispute regarding the erection of an industrial mineral plant in Finland (previous firm experience).
  • Represented a private investment American company in the context of arbitration proceedings related to a post-M&A dispute (previous firm experience).
  • Advised a leading Belgian aircraft maintenance company on multiple contract negotiations and drafting with airline companies and subsidiaries (previous firm experience).

  • Advised a leading European organization that advocates on behalf of all victims of crime regarding an internal fraud issue.
