Stelio’s practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation (including minority shareholders claims and directors liabilities) as well as on national and international arbitrations (among others, pursuant to ICC and LMAA rules).
In particular, he has experience in advising clients in relation to potential disputes arising from extraordinary and day-to-day corporate behavior.
