She focuses on the energy sector, roads and highways, airports, oil and gas, and urban infrastructure. She has particular experience in working on complex cross-border transactions and has advised on transactions in a number of jurisdictions including India, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Singapore, UK and Japan.
Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Simran worked with a leading law firm in India.
Simran advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, project development and other regulatory matters.
