Simone represents major corporations and financial institutions in various complex commercial disputes, including antitrust litigation, securities litigation, and M&A litigation.
She also represents major corporations and financial institutions in connection with investigations before government agencies. 

She has experience with litigating disputes before federal and state trial courts, as well as arbitration panels. Simone has also prepared appellate briefs before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Georgia Court of Appeals. 

Prior to joining the firm, Simone served as a law clerk to the Honorable Tamika Montgomery-Reeves, a circuit court judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Wilmington Delaware. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steve C. Jones, a district court judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

  • Secured a dismissal of breach of contract and fraud claim based on interpretations of Philippines law. (Previous firm experience) 
  • Secured a dismissal of the majority of claims related to a tax conservation easement. (Previous firm experience) 
  • Secured a dismissal of an elder fraud claim against a senior living community, which was affirmed by the Georgia Court of Appeals. (Previous firm experience)
