Shahab Uddin

Associate

Shahab advises public and private companies on all aspects of UK and EU competition law matters. His work spans merger control, cartel and other antitrust infringements, market sector investigations, and general antitrust regulatory and EU law across several industries. Shahab has practised in Brussels and London, and spent six months on secondment to Direct Line Insurance Group.

Experience

Pro bono

Working with the International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) to assist an Afghan translator who had worked closely with the U.S. coalition forces and, as a result, was at significant personal risk from the Taliban, obtain a U.S. Government’s Special Immigrant Visa (SIV).
