Seungwook has been advising sovereign, public and private issuers, as well as investment banks on a wide range of debt, equity and liability management transactions across multiple jurisdictions (including Bahrain, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Kuwait, the Netherlands, Oman, Qatar, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, the UAE, the UK and the U.S.), with a focus on SEC-exempt offerings into the United States.

During his time at the firm, Seungwook has also completed a secondment to a leading investment bank (ECM and IBD legal).
