She has assisted with advising banks, financial institutions, lessors and airlines on various cross-border transactions including debt financing, leasing, ECA supported transactions and insurance-backed financings.

Experience

Representative matters

  • Air India on the sale of 10 Boeing 737 aircraft to Griffin Global Asset Management and leaseback to Air India Express.
  • Export-Import Bank of India on the USD94 million loan facility to part finance two launch services of 36 satellites for the deployment of OneWeb’s GEN 1 global broadband satellite constellation.
  • UKEF on the ECA-supported financing of 11 Airbus aircraft deliveries to various airlines.
