Sebastian advises asset managers, sponsors, fund advisers, financial investors and financial institutions on the structuring, formation and distribution of German and international investment funds across the alternative investment spectrum, including real estate, private debt, private equity, infrastructure and renewable energy.


He has deep experience in launching infrastructure and credit funds, establishing debt origination platforms and designing hybrid capital structures as well as secondaries transactions. His practice includes guiding clients through structural shifts in the market on German and cross-border mandates.
