Prior to moving to Dubai, Sean spent 2 years in Istanbul as an English law associate for the banking and restructuring team covering matters in Turkey and Ukraine.

  • A Dubai investment company on USD1.45bn combined Islamic and conventional financing arrangements 
  • The lenders in relation to USD1.5bn financing provided to a Saudi telecommunication company to fund the acquisition of telecom infrastructure assets in Eastern Europe 
  • The lenders on a EUR1.2bn ECA backed financing for a high speed rail project in Turkey 
  • The lenders on the restructuring of Gaziantep Integrated Health Campus public-private partnership (PPP) project in Turkey 
  • The DFI Lenders on the restructuring of the financing arrangements of a major agricultural company in Ukraine
