Representative matters

  • The senior lenders and cover providers to H2GS on the EUR4.2bn financing for the construction of the world’s first large-scale green steel plant and Europe's first giga-scale electrolyzer in Boden, Sweden.
  • DFC on the financing of Gigawatt Global’s 7.5 MW solar farm in Burundi.
  • The lenders on the financing, including ECA supported financing, for the establishment of a propane dehydrogenation and polypropylene production facility in the Ceyhan Energy Specialization Industrial Zone in the Ceyhan district of Adana, Turkey.
  • The Lenders (including IFC) on a long-term green loan with sustainability linked features to CTP N.V to support expansion of its energy-efficient and green-certified portfolio of industrial and logistics business parks in Bulgaria and Poland.
