Sascha is a solicitor qualified in English law and has a wide range of experience advising on syndicated lending, leveraged finance, real estate finance and on large international restructuring transactions and distressed debt situations.
 
He focuses on cross-border real estate finance. Sascha advises national and international banks and financial institutions, investors and corporates on all aspects of banking and credit law arising in national and cross-border transactions. 

 He is fluent in German, English and Spanish. 

Experience

Representative matters

Quintain Limited on the refinancing of its senior and mezzanine mixed-use investment and development facilities at Wembley Park, with JP Morgan as senior lender and Cheyne Capital as mezzanine lender. 

Advising lenders in connection with the project financing of the Hanseatic Energy Hub, which is being developed as Germany's first land-based terminal for liquefied gases. 

Advice to a syndicate of banks relating to A1 Mobil, the operator of the toll motorway section between Bremen and Hamburg, in connection with a consensual restructuring. 

The Steinhoff Europe AG creditors’ committee on the restructuring of the Steinhoff group.
