  • Yorkshire Building Society and Accord Mortgages Ltd. on the establishment and issuance of GBP350 million Series 2024-1 Class A Notes under the White Rose Master Issuer securitisation program, backed by UK residential mortgages.
  • A global alternative investment manager’s Alternative Credit funds on a bespoke capital solution between a group of financial institutions.
  • Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited (USS) the trustee of Universities Superannuation Scheme, the UK’s largest private pension scheme for assets under management, on the successful closing of its inaugural sponsored securitisation, “Summerhouse 1 PLC,” a GBP411.6 million equity release mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) transaction.
