Associate

Sarah is an Associate in the Employment team.

She has experience advising on all aspects of employment law including both contentious and non-contentious matters, such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, terminations, redundancies, as well as disciplinary and grievance investigations. She has experience of litigation in the Employment Tribunal acting for clients across a variety of sectors including financial services, energy and professional services.

Prior to joining A&O Shearman, Sarah was a litigation lawyer in Melbourne, Australia and an Associate to a Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
