Sarah is a project development and construction lawyer who advises governments, developers, lenders and contractors on large-scale infrastructure transactions and public-private partnerships (PPPs) across a wide range of sectors, including energy, social infrastructure, oil and gas, desalination and transportation in the Middle East.
Sarah drafts and provides advice on a variety of project agreements, including engineering, procurement and construction contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, sub-contracts and other related documents.
 

Experience

Representative matters

  • Tamasuk and Alghanim International on the development and financing of the Al Ansar Hospital PPP located in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This is the first hospital PPP in Saudi Arabia.
  • National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) on the development and completion of complex offshore desalination facilities in Saudi Arabia.
  • The sponsors on the development of a green ammonia project located in Duqm, Sultanate of Oman.
  • The project company on the development and financing of the cross-border Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline project.
