Sarah has a strong foundation in venture capital and a growing practice in mergers and acquisitions.
She advises clients—particularly in the technology and life sciences sectors—on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including early- and late-stage investments, strategic financings, and cross-border transactions. Her experience spans both private practice and in-house roles, including a secondment with an impact investment fund where she led investments across Latin America, Africa, and the U.S., and trained legal teams on venture documentation and financial modelling.
 
Sarah has worked with clients across multiple jurisdictions and sectors, including financial services, healthcare, and industrials. She brings a collaborative and commercially minded approach to complex legal issues. 
 
She is also committed to pro bono work, having partnered with legal aid organisations in Greece and the U.S. to support refugee and immigrant communities. With over five years of experience, Sarah is recognised for her attention to detail, cross-cultural fluency, and ability to deliver practical, business-oriented advice.
