Sara is a corporate solicitor with over 15 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs, group reorganisations, fund raisings and complex contract negotiations.
Sara has particular experience leading due diligence teams on high value global transactions and imanaging review and negotiation teams on projects involving industry specific commercial contracts. As part of her role within Advanced Delivery Legal (ADL), Sara routinely designs and co-ordinates complex review exercises, making appropriate use of innovative processes and legal technologies, to delivery efficiency and value for her clients.
