Samuel represents multinational corporations and other large institutions in complex litigation, including antitrust litigation and securities litigation, and in connection with investigations before various government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
Prior to and during law school, Samuel worked as a civilian security specialist at the U.S. Department of Defense. He also interned with the Foreign Investment Review Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s National Security Division. Prior to joining the firm, Samuel served as a judicial law clerk to Judge James G. Carr of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
