He has acted for both lenders and borrowers in multiple domestic and cross-border transactions. He works with major domestic and international clients such as banks, companies and PE houses.

Samme joined the firm in April 2023 after graduating from Radboud University in Nijmegen, with a master’s degree in Corporate Law and a master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in International Business.
